Starch is a natural polymer formed by linking amylose (linear chains) and amylopectin (branched structures) chains with α1.4 and α1.6 glycoside bonds, White powdered carbohydrate with a neutral odor, obtained by separating it by physical methods as a result of wet processing of corn.
